The Building Inspector will conduct a non-invasive visual inspection of the property internally and externally looking for any minor, major or structural defects.
Internal: We pay special attention to harder to check areas in the home, such as wet areas in the laundry, bathroom, toilet, and kitchen. We also assess all visible internal walls, roof framing and floor framing.
External: External walls, windows, garaging, roofing, guttering and spouting, as well as all verandah and deck areas, outbuildings, retaining walls, stairs, fences and site drainage.
